Most of the time, I compose in three main genres: DnB, Orchestral, and Chillout. Evening Star is the DnB stuff. All my breakbeats and fast tempo tracks will automatically go under that name, due to the genre being the main thing Evening Star stands for; it's now also something of a tradition.
Orchestral music goes under both my real name (Marcus Abbott) or Evening Star if it's brony, but most of the time it will be my real name due to it being more personal.
Chillout I do every so often and release under either.
